James has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1990, firstly in Banking with a major High Street Bank, where he became qualified as a Financial Adviser. In 2007 James left the Bank to set up NKT financial Solutions in Newmarket with his colleague Stuart Saunders to embrace the world of Independent Financial Advice allowing them to provide bespoke financial advice for their clients.

James has an extensive knowledge of all aspect of financial planning, and prides himself on being approachable for all his current and new clients, and being able to find solutions for their financial needs.

Sharon has worked in Financial Services for over 30 years, with her career starting at a major High Street bank and progressing to the financial advice sector in 2007. NKT Financial Solutions benefited from Sharon joining in 2012 to compliment the established team of advisers. She can advise on all areas of financial planning and works closely with the horseracing industries staff and their pensions.

Being an independent financial adviser has meant that Sharon is able to find the best possible result for sometimes complex requirements.

Matthew Lamb

Matt has worked in financial services since joining Barclays Bank from college in 1983. In 1993 he moved to Lloyds TSB as a tied financial adviser since when he has built up substantial knowledge and experience in all matters relating to personal financial planning. In 2009 he joined NKT Financial Solutions as he wanted to be able to offer clients more bespoke financial advice. In 2015, as a result of the increasing size of the company, Matt retired from the advice side of the business and now oversees and manages all the company’s financial, compliance and paraplanning operations.

Glenn had a career change in 1991 moving into Financial Services from the Armed Forces, initially with a major High Street Bank dealing mainly with personal clients.

2006 brought about a move to another High Street Bank to broaden his skills in the Commercial and Corporate sectors.

Moving to the Independent world of Financial Planning in 2010, Glenn has a set of clients, both Personal and Commercial, and an extensive skill set in both areas.

Glenn’s motivation comes from having empathy with new and existing clients and being trusted to help with all aspects of their financial planning.

Conall Started work at NKT Mortgage solutions as an administrator, after completing his degree at Hull University, and has now progressed to the position of qualified Mortgage adviser

Conall’s degree focused in the area of data analysis which has been an essential transferrable skill when working with many options for client’s needs, and ultimately resulting in the best standard of advice.

Melanie has been working as a Mortgage and Protection adviser for over four years. Starting her career with a High Street Bank and with her skill set in place decided to move into the world of Independent Mortgage and Protection advice here at NKT.

For her, it’s an honour to help people find their dream home, and she’s also passionate about ensuring her clients and their Families are fully protected for the future.

Amy is a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser. Having previously worked for five years as a personal banking assistant for a main high street bank, she decided to take a change of direction in September 2017 into the world of independent mortgage and protection advice. Amy is extremely proud of the large number of clients she has helped over the last three years, either helping them to buy a new home, enabling them to move properties or protecting them and their family against unexpected circumstances. She is a dedicated individual and is always happy to go above and beyond as part of her service.
